As of October 2015 we have now been award Direct Claim Status from the NCFE. This means that our assessments have been regularly quality checked to such a consistently high standard that we are now able to claim directly for certificates, without having to wait for the NCFE to check our work.
We order certificates once a month from our accredited provider and as soon as these are received they are sent straight out to our learners. We can also issue attendance certificates if required for employers or interviews.
Remember: No genuinely accredited awards can be awarded instantly, it must always undergo a quality assurance process. But our direct claim status enables us to award certificates sooner than any other accredited training provider.
As part of being an accredited training centre, all of our assessors must be top notch and appropriately qualified. All of our assessors are experienced phlebotomists as well as qualified trainers. All of our assessors are overseen by the Lead Internal Quality Assurer, who in turn is overseen by the External Quality Assurer, from the NCFE.
