Thank you for booking onto your Refresher course with PRO Phlebotomy Training.
Before attending the training, you must complete this pre-assessment test. This will ensure that you fulfil all the learning requirements of the course, and help us to understand any gaps in your knowledge.
You must pass this test with a score of 80% (32 out of 40) for the first section, with detailed answers in the final, scenario based section. You may use the Course Handbook, or call us on 01332 380 777 for assistance.
If you do not pass with the required mark, you will be invited to attend the full two-day, Introduction to Phlebotomy Practices & Techniques course.
You may save the test, and come back to it later, there is no time limit, as long as it is completed at least 1 week prior to the course date.
Once your test paper has been received, marked and verified, you will be accepted onto the refresher course, where you will be given feedback about your answers. You will also be able to complete the practical part of the assessment, and be awarded with you accredited, Level 3 certificate.
