Delivery & Returns Policy

PPT will accept for return items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.

For a full refund – mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order.

Items cannot be returned after 14 days from receipt of original order.
Items must be returned with all PPT unused contents and in the original packaging.

How to Return Your Order:
Email info@prophlebotomytraining.co.uk stating the reason for return.
Once PPT receives the item a full refund will be processed subject to the above.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.
